Casal's De Spa & Salon held a fundraiser yesterday, September 29th, in which they donated $1 from each hair service at their Canfield and Howland locations.

As of today, $753,656 or 30% of our 2010 Campaign Goal has been raised.  Look for our thermometers in the community!


We at Casal's are very excited to once again partner with United Way.  Casal's enjoys the opportunity to give back to the community in any way we can, and our partnership with the United Way allows us this opportunity.  Casal's and the United Way work together for one common goal, to make the world a more beautiful place.

All of the hairdressers wore their LIVE UNITED t-shirts and donations were also collected at the reception desk.
 
Casal's De Spa & Salon has been participating in our annual Day of Caring.  This year, 40 employees volunteered with children from Potential Development.  They spent the day one-on-one at Boardman Park.  That's how they LIVE UNITED.

The United Way of Youngstown and the Mahoning Valley seeks to be the driving force behind sustained improvement in the lives of all our citizens through initiatives that promote education, income and health. Currently twenty seven nonprofit agencies are partners with the United Way of the Youngstown and Mahoning Valley and through that partnership; the United Way distributes funds for over seventy programs that the partnering agencies oversee. In addition to funding our agencies, we have created several initiatives that are having a positive impact on the community.
